  High Focus Centers is a leading provider of high-quality outpatient behavioral healthcare across southeastern Pennsylvania.

Through our specialized programs—Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope—we offer compassionate, individualized treatment for adolescents and adults struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team and support our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Northeast Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about group therapy and collaborative care.

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 8:00 AM
• 4:30 PM

Compensation:

$50,000

• $55,000 (commensurate with experience, education, and licensure)

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate group therapy sessions for PHP clients focused on mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and collaborate on individualized treatment planning.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and outside providers as needed.
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 billable sessions per week, while assisting with program needs.
Participate in team meetings, clinical consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Support overall clinical operations through additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Completion of a clinical internship/practicum as part of graduate training.
Prior experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
Familiarity with PHP levels of care and evidence-based treatment modalities.
Licensure preferred but not required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
