Key Responsibilities Conductculturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clientsand families, creating a welcoming and understanding environmentfor diverse backgrounds. Provide tailored outpatient individual andfamily therapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of eachclient, fostering a path to healing and resilience. Developcomprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans,and wellness plans, supporting the maintenance of stablefunctioning and empowering clients in their mental health journey.

Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, anddischarge planning, contributing your expertise to enhance clientcare. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation,individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms,upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility.

Engage in collaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nursepractitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellowtherapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work,Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.

Experience in working with children and families If required,provisional license per state regulation. Educational backgroundthat leads to or has resulted in professional licensing. Passionateabout mental health and committed to providing high-quality care.

Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental healthincluding free supervision and continuing education. Eager tocollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintainingconfidentiality. Excellent communication skills and ability tobuild rapport with clients and families. Ability to manage timeeffectively and complete documentation and administrative tasksefficiently. Explore the
