We are looking for:

Licensed therapists of alllevels and experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct culturallysensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families,creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diversebackgrounds. Provide tailored outpatient individual and familytherapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client,fostering a path to healing and resilience. Develop comprehensivecrisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellnessplans, supporting the maintenance of stable functioning andempowering clients in their mental health journey. Activelyparticipate in case consultations, agency meetings, and dischargeplanning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.

Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualizedtreatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding thehighest standards of professional responsibility. Engage incollaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nursepractitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellowtherapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications:

Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work,Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.

Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) per state regulation.

Educational background that leads to or has resulted inprofessional licensing. Passionate about mental health andcommitted to providing high-quality care. Dedicated to ongoingprofessional development in mental health including freesupervision and continuing education. Eager to collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Strong commitment toethical practice and maintaining confidentiality. Excellentcommunication skills and ability to build rapport with clients andfamilies.
