Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-basedassessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming andunderstanding environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Providetailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on theunique needs and circumstances of each client, fostering a path tohealing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans,safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans,supporting the maintenance of stable functioning and empoweringclients in their mental health journey.
• Actively participate incase consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning,contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
• Ensure timelycompletion of billing, documentation, individualized treatmentplans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding the higheststandards of professional responsibility.
• Engage in collaborativecare with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners,dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to providea holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications
• Possessa Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and FamilyCounseling, or a related field.
• If required, provisional licenseper state regulation.
• Educational background that leads to or hasresulted in professional licensing.
• Passionate about mentalhealth and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Dedicated toongoing professional development in mental health including freesupervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitmentto ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellentcommunication skills and ability to build rapport with clients andfamilies.
• Ability to manage time effectively and completedocumentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
