Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-basedassessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming andunderstanding environment for diverse backgrounds. Provide tailoredoutpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needsand circumstances of each client, fostering a path to healing andresilience. Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans,relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting themaintenance of stable functioning and empowering clients in theirmental health journey. Actively participate in case consultations,agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing yourexpertise to enhance client care. Ensure timely completion ofbilling, documentation, individualized treatment plans, andinsurance authorization forms, upholding the highest standards ofprofessional responsibility. Engage in collaborative care with ourteam of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians,administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a holisticapproach to mental health care. Qualifications Possess a Master’sdegree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling,or a related field. If required, provisional license per stateregulation. Educational background that leads to or has resulted inprofessional licensing. Passionate about mental health andcommitted to providing high-quality care. Dedicated to ongoingprofessional development in mental health including freesupervision and continuing education. Eager to collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Strong commitment toethical practice and maintaining confidentiality. Excellentcommunication skills and ability to build rapport with clients andfamilies. Ability to manage time effectively and completedocumentation and administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency inSpanish is required . Explore the
