Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Therapist. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Community Health is a behavioral health organization providing and coordinating care for children and adults. We are 100% employee owned and we are as dedicated to supporting our team members as we are to the clients we serve. As the Therapist, you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy, you will participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation. Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
A Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities; any equivalent education and experience.
Candidates must also have a good understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
Valid Driver’s License.
Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
Certified in first aid/CPR, Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
