Our BrandsResponsibilities:

The Therapist will provide high-quality,therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health andwell-being. The Therapist is responsible for conductingassessments, developing and implementing individualized treatmentplans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating withother internal and external professionals. This role also involvesparticipating in outreach and marketing efforts to promote servicesand attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission ofdelivering comprehensive mental health care.

  • Performcomprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’needs and appropriate interventions.
  • Utilize standardizedassessment tools and techniques to gather relevant information.
  • Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration withindividuals, families, and the treatment team.
  • Set measurablegoals and objectives tailored to individuals’ needs.
  • Delivertherapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapysessions.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques to address variousmental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, andbehavioral disorders.
  • Provide consistent and comprehensiveservices to all assigned individuals on your caseload.
  • Ensureregular contact and follow-up with individuals to monitor progressand adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Accurately document allclient interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and otherrequired documentation within established timeframes per companypolicy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizationalstandards.
  • Work closely with other professionals as amultidisciplinary treatment team, to provide holistic care.
  • Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss progressand treatment strategies of individuals served.
  • Provide immediatesupport and intervention during crisis situations.
  • Develop safetyplans and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services andattract new clients.
  • Connect individuals and families withadditional resources and support services as needed.
  • Stay currentwith best practices, new treatment modalities, and emerging trendsin mental health therapy.
  • Participate in ongoing training,workshops, and professional development opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and otherstakeholders to address inquiries, disseminate information, andresolve complaints or concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degreein Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

State-Specific Requirements:

1.

Alabama:

1. Minimum of two years’experience working with children and/or families, which may includeinternships. 2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT,LCSW, or ALC. 2.

Georgia, Mississippi:

1. Minimum of two years’experience working with children and/or families, which may includeinternships. 2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, orLCSW. 3.

North Carolina:

1. Minimum of one year experience workingwith children and/or families, which may include internships. 2.Must hold associate license as a LCSWA or

LCMHCA. 4.

South Carolina1. Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships. 2. Must hold license as aLMSW, LMFT, or LPCA. 5.

Tennessee:

1. Minimum of two years’experience working with children and/or families, which may includeinternships and volunteer work. 2. Must be eligible for licensureas a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Be Well with
