Our Brands Responsibilities:

The Therapist will provide high-quality, therapeutic services toclients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Therapistis responsible for conducting assessments, developing andimplementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accuratedocumentation, and collaborating with other internal and externalprofessionals. This role also involves participating in outreachand marketing efforts to promote services and attract newreferrals, contributing to the overall mission of deliveringcomprehensive mental health care. Perform comprehensivebiopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs andappropriate interventions. Utilize standardized assessment toolsand techniques to gather relevant information. Createindividualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals,families, and the treatment team. Set measurable goals andobjectives tailored to individuals’ needs. Deliver therapeuticinterventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental healthissues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioraldisorders. Provide consistent and comprehensive services to allassigned individuals on your caseload. Ensure regular contact andfollow-up with individuals to monitor progress and adjust treatmentplans as necessary. Accurately document all client interactions,treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentationwithin established timeframes per company policy. Ensure compliancewith all regulatory and organizational standards. Work closely withother professionals as a multidisciplinary treatment team, toprovide holistic care. Participate in regular treatment teammeetings to discuss progress and treatment strategies ofindividuals served. Provide immediate support and interventionduring crisis situations. Develop safety plans and coordinate withemergency services when necessary. Engage in community outreach topromote mental health services and attract new clients. Connectindividuals and families with additional resources and supportservices as needed. Stay current with best practices, new treatmentmodalities, and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professionaldevelopment opportunities. Effectively communicate with clients,colleagues, and other stakeholders to address inquiries,disseminate information, and resolve complaints or concerns.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or arelated field is required.

State-Specific Requirements:
Alabama:

Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships. Must be eligible forlicensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC.

Georgia, Mississippi:

Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships. Must be eligible forlicensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

North Carolina:

Minimum of oneyear experience working with children and/or families, which mayinclude internships. Must hold associate license as a LCSWA orLCMHCA. South Carolina Minimum of two years’ experience workingwith children and/or families, which may include internships. Musthold license as a LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA.

Tennessee:

Minimum of twoyears’ experience working with children and/or families, which mayinclude internships and volunteer work. Must be eligible forlicensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Be Well with
