We provide specialized ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in homes, schools, clinics, and the community. A Behavior Coach (also known as a Behavior Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician, or RBT) is a 1 on 1 therapist, that means that you get to work directly with children to create lasting impact on their lives and build them a better future.

Pay:

$16.00-$22.00/hour based on experience , plus a $500 sign-on bonus Locations available: Franklin, Spring Hill, Columbia, Lawrenceburg, Murfreesboro, Fayetteville, Chattanooga, Manchester, Ardmore, and more! What You’ll Do:

Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-building plans Accurately collect and record data on client progress using digital tools Follow all behavior intervention plans (BIPs), treatment protocols, and ethical guidelines Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and your supervising BCBA Travel to and provide services in home, school, daycare, clinic, or community settings Comply with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality in all service areasAttend all required trainings and team meetings

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED (required); bachelor’s degree (preferred) RBT certification (preferred but not required) – we will support you in earning it!
