What You’ll Do:

Deliver wellness services such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV hydration, compression therapy, PEMF, and more (we provide all training!) Guide guests through a 5-star experience with exceptional service and attention to detail Actively promote spa services, retail products, and memberships, including current promotions Serve as a wellness educator, helping clients understand the benefits of our offerings Maintain accurate client records using systems like MindBody (experience a plus) Manage inbound customer communications — respond to calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming spa environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Support business development through service excellence and relationship building

Who You Are:

Outgoing, people-oriented, and energized by working with others Passionate about wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their best Skilled in customer service, communication, and multitasking Detail-oriented and efficient — even in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years of client-facing experience preferred (retail, spa, hospitality, or sales) Available for weekends (Saturdays)
