What You’ll Do:
As a Movement Specialist, you’ll lead innovative, energizing classes that meet clients where they are—and move them forward. Instruct safe, effective group reformer-based Pilates classes for a range of skill levels Use a full suite of equipment: Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, springboards, ballet barre Modify movements to accommodate injuries or special needs Deliver an exceptional member experience that fosters connection and results Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio space Engage with clients to support their wellness journey and encourage ongoing attendance Collaborate with the front desk and management team to grow our studio community
What You Bring:
A 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification (Balanced Body, BASI, STOTT, Peak, etc.) Ability to teach up to 12 clients in a group class setting Confidence and creativity in applying classical Pilates principles with a modern flair Strong communication skills and a positive, motivating presence Commitment to safety, proper form, and progressive programming Desire to grow professionally and be part of a collaborative team CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
