Position:

This role offers flexibility and growth potential. Initially, client volume will be part-time as we establish your schedule, with the goal of building a full schedule over the next few months. We will work closely with you to develop and grow this opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

IBCLC certification (required). A team player. A passion for helping moms and babies with evidence-based lactation support. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of continuity of care as it relates to lactation and infant development. Ability to communicate to clients the importance and our role in follow up care. Availability to cover the desired areas for in-home visits as well as visits at our office in Coral Springs. Willingness to collaborate on local marketing efforts and community outreach. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to build a client schedule over time as we expand. Newly credentialed IBCLCs welcome! Minimum one-year commitment required due to time spent on training and onboarding process, including valuable professional development opportunities. Must have baby scale. Must have laptop computer to take on visits. Disposable supplies provided.

Important Details:

This role starts with part-time hours and will expand as client demand grows. We are looking for someone committed to represent Little Sprout Lactation Care, grow with us, and make a long-term impact in the local community. Minimum availability required to start is 12 visits/week.

Compensation:

This role offers a flat fee structure based on consultations completed. $125 for office visits (Coral Springs) $150 for in-home visits
