Key Responsibilities:

Educate clients on RISE’s full range of services and how they benefit mind and body Assist with all in-studio treatments and ensure a smooth, exceptional customer experience Provide consultations to help customers select services that meet their wellness goals Proactively sell memberships and service packages —strong sales ability is a must Build relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment Use studio technology (CRM, booking systems, intake forms) efficiently and accurately

Ideal Candidate:

Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about fitness, health, and personal wellness Prior experience in wellness, fitness, or health coaching a plus Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication skills and a service-first attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
