Riverview, FL Position Overview:
As an Independent Contractor Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful learning experiences to diverse audiences. This flexible role offers the potential to train multiple sessions based on your availability and class demand. You will facilitate a range of life skills training programs using both in-person and virtual modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective personal and professional development training to groups of varying sizes and backgrounds.
- Facilitate training sessions for students aged 12 years and older.
- Utilize various training modalities, including in-person instruction and virtual classrooms.
- Set up and manage training environments, including basic technical assistance for student connectivity using personal computers, laptops, and tablets.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages participation and skill development.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and our internal Training Department.
Requirements:
- This is an independent contractor (IC) position. Assignments are made on an as-needed basis.
- Demonstrable experience or aptitude for training and group facilitation.
- Openness to providing training across various personal and professional development topics.
- Willingness to undergo a Live Scan background check and fingerprinting.
- A strong ability to connect with diverse audiences and deliver outstanding class experiences.
- Reliable transportation to and from training locations.
- Proficiency in using personal computers, laptops, and tablets for presentations and training delivery.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to assist students with connectivity issues.
- Clear and articulate communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Spanish-speaking instructors are highly encouraged to apply.
