06/16/2025 Mother of Our Redeemer Catholic School in Miami, Florida, is hiring for a part-time Afterschool Coach who will ensure the safety and supervision of all students during aftercare hours. S/he will Facilitate engaging and age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and homework support, promote positive behavior and respectful interactions in alignment with school values, and communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding student needs or concerns. Additionally, the coach will maintain accurate attendance records and assist with daily program routines and clean-up. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
High School or GED High School Diploma.
DCF 40 hours certified, preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents effectively.
Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
Knowledge of the basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
Must have a professional demeanor.
