We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Part-Time Firearms Instructor with a strong background in defensive tactics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing civilians in firearms safety, marksmanship, and defensive shooting techniques in a professional and engaging manner. This role requires expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct firearms training courses for civilians, focusing on safety, accuracy, and defensive shooting tactics. Provide hands-on instruction in a classroom, training facility, and live-fire range setting. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and range regulations. Adapt training programs to fit different skill levels and learning styles. Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in firearms instruction and defensive tactics. Prior experience training civilians is preferred.
