The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients towards achieving their health goals. As a Health Coach, you will work closely with our clients to implement their personalized care plans that encompass weight loss, fitness, peptide therapy and overall well-being. Your role will involve educating clients on nutrition, exercise and treatment options to promote lasting lifestyle changes. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients’ health needs and goals. Implement their customized care plans prescribed by our physician that include dietary recommendations, exercise routines and wellness strategies. Educate clients on weight loss techniques, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans with physician as necessary to ensure optimal results. Track patient progress and maintain clear documentation. Foster a supportive environment that encourages clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Stay updated on the latest trends in health coaching, nutrition, and functional health. Qualifications Proven experience in health coaching or a related field Knowledge of weight loss strategies and the ability to create effective care plans Excellent communication skills, organization and follow up. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively while sharing new treatment options Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus.
