The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and helping individuals achieve their wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. Duties Develop personalized care plans to address clients’ health and wellness needs Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to improve overall well-being Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients to make positive behavioral changes Provide guidance on weight loss strategies and healthy eating habits Incorporate yoga or gym activities into coaching sessions to enhance physical fitness Collaborate with clients to set achievable health goals and track progress Offer support and encouragement to clients throughout their health journey Skills Experience in health coaching or related field Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices Familiarity with yoga, health clubs, and gym environments Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual needs Passion for promoting wellness and helping others achieve optimal health
