Anti-Aging Health Coach (HC) is a leadership position that provides optimal health coaching for our clients/members/guest for weight management, exercise and nutrition services. The HC provides a personalized assessment of each clients’ health, coaches clients on how to improve their health and develops an individualized plan including exercise protocols (via our custom app tool), nutrition guidance and vitamin supplement plans to achieve their goals. To be successful as a health coach, you should have an optimistic disposition and communicate effectively. The HC will work directly with the Manager/General Manager (GM) and medical practitioners (MP) in coordinating the best member experience aligned with identified health outcomes and membership growth of the Center.
Responsibilities:
New guest and member consultations Convert guests to membership Create exercise programs for members/clients/guest utilizing
