Summary As a Lead Instructor at Orlando Medical Institute, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of emergency care professionals. Your expertise will guide students through their educational journey, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for emergency medical training programs. Instruct students in CPR, first aid, and emergency medicine techniques. Utilize high-fidelity simulation equipment to enhance learning experiences. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement. Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve course offerings and instructional methods. Mentor and support students throughout their training to ensure their success. Requirements Proven experience in adult education or instructional roles, preferably in emergency medicine. Strong knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency medical protocols. Experience in curriculum development and implementation is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate diverse groups of learners. Background in law enforcement or healthcare is a plus but not required.
