F45 Clearwater is looking for a rockstar Morning Coach to join our fast-growing team! We’re not looking for average — we want great . Someone who can command a room of up to 36 members, inspire people of all fitness levels, and bring energy, professionalism, and passion every single session.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) Current CPR/AED certification Comfortable coaching groups up to 36 members Availability for early morning shifts (starting around 5:00 AM) Confident, clear communicator with a team-first attitude Passion for fitness, helping others, and creating a fun, safe space

What You’ll Do:

Lead high-energy, 45-minute functional group training sessions Provide hands-on coaching, corrections, and motivation Support members with technique, modifications, and encouragement Help foster community, consistency, and results Be part of a positive, passionate, and professional team Why Join F45 Clearwater?
