DACS Medical Wellness & Aesthetics is a fast-growing, patient-centered wellness and aesthetics clinic offering comprehensive services including weight loss programs, medical aesthetics, post-op care, and holistic therapies. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and compassionate individual to join our team urgently to support our expanding patient base.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Medical Spa Specialist who is experienced in performing body treatments, administering injections, providing post-operative care, and coaching patients on medical weight loss programs. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our wellness and aesthetic services with professionalism, skill, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform body contouring treatments including lymphatic drainage, cavitation, RF skin tightening, and post-operative surgery massage Administer fat-burning injections, B12 shots, and other non-invasive treatments (training provided if needed) Provide patient education and coaching on our medical weight loss programs (GLP-1s, HCG, customized plans, etc.) Conduct initial and follow-up consultations, track patient progress, and maintain accurate documentation Assist with pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring excellent patient experience Collaborate with providers and team to support clinical goals and outcomes

Qualifications:

Certification or licensure in massage therapy, medical assisting, or aesthetic practice (Florida) Experience in post-op massage and lymphatic drainage required Experience with injections and body sculpting machines preferred Knowledge of weight loss coaching, nutrition, and holistic wellness is a plus Excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills Must be reliable, self-motivated, and flexible to work across locations if needed

Schedule & Compensation:

Immediate opening; part-time and full-time positions available Flexible schedule – must be available on Fridays and Saturdays Competitive pay with commission structure based on services rendered Opportunities for training and career advancement
