Company Description:

OsteoStrong is the ultimate wellness center, specializing in musculoskeletal strengthening which takes only 15 minutes once per week to complete. Our unique system allows individuals of almost any age or level of physical conditioning to improve bone density, muscular strength and balance. These improvements reduce the risk of fall, reduce back or joint pain and enhance athletic performance. OsteoStrong Lake Mary is the first center to open in Central Florida, and we will be opening two more centers in Central Florida. Our goal is to enjoy a fun and family-oriented environment, working together to serve our members through a culture of playful connection. We collaborate as a Team, supporting and respecting one another in providing the best experience for our members. At OsteoStrong Lake Mary, we are looking for someone who enjoys wellness, has a passion for serving members and wants to be a part of a rapidly growing team that is committed to improving health in Central Florida. Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a health & wellness field is preferred, but not required. We provide training and equip our session coaches with all the support needed to thrive. Job Responsibilities:

Guide members safely through their weekly sessions Welcome members with a smile and engage people in a friendly manner Effectively communicate how the health benefits of OsteoStrong and our healing modalities help members achieve physical freedom Support other session coaches so they can remain 100% present with our members

Member Care:

Establish and maintain high-quality member relationships Ensure member retention by providing exceptional customer care at each touchpoint Provide high-level service, handling customer requests or concerns in a positive and timely manner that exceeds expectations

Business Development:

Understand and implement the strategic objectives and values of the practice Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources

Key Qualifications:

Passion for people, exceptional customer service, understands wellness and loves making a difference in people’s lives Receives personal satisfaction from making an impact in our community Leadership ability with superior communication skills Ability to create a fun and energizing in-studio experience Self-motivated and highly organized
