Public Health Training (Spa/nish) Infotree Global Solutions Webster, FL 33597 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Health & Wellness Trainer to join our team. The Health Coach will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being through lifestyle changes and health-related goals. The Health & Wellness Trainer researches and responds to health information and wellness plan inquiries. Coordinates communication of all changes, problems, and issues that may occur. Provides orientation, training, and implementation for all new participants in the program. May conduct on-site classes. Identifies services that may be outsourced. Acts as liaison between wellness team and billing department, marketing department, outside customers, and vendors. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Responsibilities Utilize health coaching techniques to educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices Develop personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals Conduct assessments to track progress and adjust plans as necessary Incorporate motivational interviewing to inspire and empower clients Collaborate with clients on weight loss strategies, behavioral health modifications, and nutritional guidance Integrate yoga, gym workouts, and other physical activities into client routines Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement Requirements Proven experience in health coaching, personal training, or related field Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness principles Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques Ability to create and implement effective care plans for clients Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients Certification in health coaching or related field is a plus Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals Bilingual English/Spanish-fluent levels in both
