Who You Are:
A coach with a passion for fitness and helping others succeed. Coaching or training experience (EMS or boutique fitness is a bonus!). National certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) is preferred. Comfortable working 1-on-1 with clients and committed to delivering exceptional experiences. Willing and available to support local marketing events and community outreach.
What You’ll Do:
Coach members through BODY20 sessions, providing motivation, guidance, and expert support. Track member progress and celebrate wins! Help represent BODY20 at marketing events and pop-ups. Team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, professional studio environment. Communicates clearly and efficiently with the team and management via the Slack app. Contribute to a fun, professional, and high-performing studio culture. Increase the number of organic leads Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients and existing members Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products Attend all Fitness Coach related meetings/
