Vital Stretch is an assisted stretching studio committed to improving the well-being of our clients through personalized, professional, and effective stretch sessions. Our mission is to help our members achieve their flexibility and mobility goals in a supportive, wellness-focused environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Full-Time Stretch Practitioner to provide an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys working directly with clients to help them achieve their flexibility and mobility goals.

Responsibilities:

Perform assisted stretching sessions for clients while ensuring safety, comfort, and professionalism. Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and wellness practices. Maintain a welcoming and clean studio environment. Support client retention through excellent service and engagement. Assist with scheduling, client check-ins, and other front desk tasks as needed. Collaborate with the studio team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience and a client-focused attitude. Ability to learn and use scheduling or point-of-sale software. Passion for health, wellness, and promoting an active lifestyle.
