The ideal candidate will have a background in health and wellness, with the ability to motivate and guide clients towards achieving their health goals. As a Weight Loss Coordinator, you will work closely with individuals to develop personalized care plans, educate them on healthy habits, and provide ongoing support throughout their wellness journey. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for weight loss clients—both in-person and via phone/email Educate patients on Semaglutide injections, nutritional supplements, and treatment plans Provide empathetic support, answer questions, and maintain regular follow-up to track progress Coordinate care between providers, patients, and pharmacy partners Maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system and manage inventory of medications and supplements Help patients stay accountable and motivated with tools, encouragement, and goal tracking Support wellness program marketing through patient success stories, reviews, and optional social media engagement Skills Experience in a clinical, wellness, or customer service role (medical office or weight loss clinic preferred) A genuine passion for health, nutrition, and helping people feel their best Strong communication and organizational skills; friendly and professional demeanor Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn EMR systems and scheduling software Comfortable discussing medical and weight-related topics in a respectful, discreet manner Background as a Medical Assistant, Nutritionist, Health Coach, or similar is a plus—but not required Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals seeking healthier lifestyles!
