The salary range for this position is $45,000-$49,000 and will depend on the applicant’s education.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The Gwinnett, Newton and Rockdale County Health Department is seeking a qualified candidate who, under supervision will collect and analyze data to identify community immunization needs prior to planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating required educational initiatives and support overall immunization program functionality. The incumbent will educate and provide vaccines recommendations to individuals and communities on the importance of immunizations; promote vaccine uptake; address vaccine hesitancy and provide accurate information regarding vaccine safety and efficacy; develop and deliver educational materials, and provide outreach initiatives to target specific populations and community driven functionality in support of program requirements; and preforming other duties as assigned to meet program and organizational needs.
