No experience is required as we have a thorough certification process. We are looking for energetic individuals who have a passion for helping people improve their health. The job duties include performing lead follow ups, initial consults, 1 on 1 coaching & group coaching. We are not your typical gym scene, by appointment only. Our program is science based and we utilize proprietary exerbotics state of the art fitness equipment. Summary As a Fitness and Health Coach, you will be instrumental in guiding clients towards their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. This role emphasizes core skills in health coaching, while leveraging premium skills such as motivational interviewing and care plan development. You will also utilize relevant skills in personal training, nutrition, and behavioral health to create a holistic approach to fitness.
