Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement Engage with members to help get them connected with fitness &wellness services in the club. Identify and pursue opportunities in the club to educatemembers about our services. Sales & Sales Management Track sales performance to implement improvements in the salesprocess. Leverage Hubspot sales platform to manage the lead & salespipeline for the personal training department. Personal Training Oversight Support Personal Training team by helping manage their salespipeline. Assist Personal Trainers in overall business development andclient support. Peer Leader Lead and motivate the fitness & wellness teams by fostering aculture of collaboration and constant improvement. Help bridge the gap between O2 Fitness Personal Training, RenewPhysiotherapy, and Loop Nutrition for all O2 Fitness members.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Nationally accredited Personal Training Certifications (e.g

ACE, NASM, ACSM, CSCS

) are highly desirable, or a degree in thefollowing fields: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science,Kinesiology, Sports Science.

Experience:

You have a proven track record of success in sales,preferably in the fitness industry. Your confident and caringnature, along with your ability to build relationships and handleobjections, will contribute to driving new clients and increasingrevenue.

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively educate, motivate, and inspireclients. Active listening skills are essential.

Client Experience Expectation:

A client-focused mindset withthe ability to build rapport, establish trust, and provideexceptional customer experience to clients.

Motivational Skills:

Ability to inspire and motivateindividuals to achieve their fitness goals through effectivecoaching and support.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to work with clients of differentages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, adapting training programsto suit their specific needs and preferences.

Organization and Time Management:

Strong organizational andtime management skills to effectively handle multiple clients,schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.

Professionalism:

Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor,and behavior, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining clientconfidentiality.
