Key Responsibilities:

Deliver NAEMT-approved TCCC course to up to 30 personnel over multiple rotations. Develop lesson plans, PowerPoints, handouts, and training aids. Facilitate didactic sessions, trauma lanes, hands-on simulations, and assessment stations. Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) and provide performance-based feedback. Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and NAEMT instructional standards.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Trauma Nursing, or a related field. Master’s Degree or higher (preferred). Certifications (All Required): NAEMT Certified TCCC Instructor (must be current and verifiable) National Registry Paramedic (NRP) , RN , PA , or MD/DO licensure BLS and ACLS from AHA (American Heart Association) or Red Cross TCCC-MP or

TCCC-CLS

Certification (trainer and provider)

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5-7 years of field experience in trauma/emergency medicine or military deployment. Documented experience instructing NAEMT TCCC or equivalent trauma courses. Deep understanding of military operational environments and battlefield trauma protocols. Strong command of adult learning theory, scenario-based learning, and trauma simulations. Exceptional leadership, public speaking, and instructional delivery skills. Experience managing training teams in military or government settings preferred.
