Position Description:

The Wellness Coach is dedicated to providing residents with a specific wellness program that seeks to promote the highest level of functioning for the resident’s individual mobility, strength, and balance goals.

Education/Training/ Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent. A current valid C.N.A., P.C.A, or H.H.A. certificate is required.
