30k-35k/year About Us At Greenville Transitions, we’re more than just a sober living house — we’re a community where young men rebuild their lives, one day at a time. Our program blends structure, accountability, clinical support, and brotherhood to help residents grow into the best version of themselves. We’re looking for a Recovery Coach who’s passionate about recovery, knows how to lead by example, and can hold healthy boundaries while still being a positive, motivating presence. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building real, supportive relationships with residents (not just babysitting).
• Making sure house rules are followed (curfew, meetings, chores, drug screens, etc.).
• Being part of their journey: encouraging growth, showing tough love when needed, celebrating wins.
• Communicating with our clinical team about resident progress, concerns, or incidents.
• Keeping the house environment safe, clean, respectful, and recovery-focused.
• Staying calm during emergencies and knowing how to get support when needed. What We’re Looking For
• Someone who lives and breathes recovery — whether professionally or personally.
• Great communicator who can be firm and kind at the same time.
• Comfortable holding boundaries and handling conflict the right way.
• Experience working with young adults a big plus.
• Sober living, treatment center, or similar experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma/GED minimum; college coursework or certifications (CADC, CRSS, Recovery Coach, etc.) a bonus.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen. The Details
• Shifts can include evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Shifts include overnights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
• Food is provided while on shift.
• Company vehicle provided while on shift.
• Cell phone stipend or plan to be provided.
• Additional training costs are covered by Greenville Transitions. (CPSS, CPR etc.)
• 10 days per year of PTO after probationary period Ready to Join Us?
