Our Work Environment Includes:
The CPR Instructor will be responsible for teaching individuals or groups how to perform CPR and use AEDs. The instructor will prepare lesson plans, demonstrate proper CPR techniques, and evaluate students’ performance to ensure they have achieved proficiency in Adult/Pediatric/First Aid CPR, AED, and basic life support use. The instructor will work in various settings, including offices, schools, community centers, hospitals, and other locations.
Note:
The instructor’s teaching methods and content must comply with the American Red Cross requirements. License/Certification (At least one of the following certifications is required): American Red Cross CPR Instructor Certification (Required) American Red Cross BLS Instructor Certification (Required) Other equivalent certifications are also acceptable; we can provide you with bridging guidance. Teaching Equipment The CPR instructor who owns enough manikin sets (4+ Sets) is preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop lesson plans for Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED & Basic Life Support training. Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups. Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques comply the American Red Cross requirements. Provide feedback to students to help them improve their performance. Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure proficiency in CPR and AED use. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices. Provide excellent customer service to clients and students. Requirements Certification as a CPR Instructor by an accredited organization (e.g., American Red Cross, American Heart Association). Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions. Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry training equipment, up to 50 pounds. Must be able to demonstrate proper CPR and AED techniques. Working Conditions Work may be performed in various settings, including schools, community centers, hospitals, and corporate offices. Work may be performed primarily during weekends.
Salary and Benefits Salary:
$25.00 – $45.00 per teaching hour (commensurate with experience, the number of manikins, and the length of our loyal cooperation).
