We are seeking a certified and experienced ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) provider to join our professional training center. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, American Heart Association (AHA)-compliant training to healthcare providers in both ACLS and PALS courses. Responsibilities:

Conduct ACLS and PALS provider and renewal courses in accordance with AHA guidelines. Facilitate hands-on skills practice, simulations, and assessments in both adult and pediatric emergency scenarios. Prepare and maintain course materials, equipment, and learning environment. Ensure all training documentation and rosters are accurately completed and submitted. Stay up to date with current AHA standards, science updates, and training requirements. Provide feedback to participants and evaluate performance objectively. Support the Training Center’s administrative tasks when necessary, including inventory management and course scheduling. Participate in instructor development and continuing education opportunities. Experience Clinical background (RN, Paramedic, RT, or MD preferred) At least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in emergency, critical care, or pediatric care Experience teaching in a classroom or clinical setting preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage small and large groups effectively

Work Environment:

Classroom and simulation lab settings May involve occasional travel to off-site facilities or partner locations Moderate physical activity, including moving equipment and demonstrating skills Must have a clean driving record and no criminal record Essential Functions /Physical Requirements “The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to use fingers to grasp, move and manipulate small objects. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must have the ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand and understand the speech of another person. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic).
