Medical Information and Customer Engagement Lead Level:

Manager (Hands-on Operational Role)

Location:

Princeton Pike, NJ (Hybrid)

Contract:

12 Months | W2 only

Schedule:

Weekdays, 8 AM – 5

PM Team Collaboration:

Works closely with a UK-based Sr. Manager Core Focus Oversee US Medical Information intake operations Manage external vendor performance , case handling, and training Lead issue resolution , process improvements , and compliance checks Provide data-driven insights and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally across organizations (matrix engagement) Contribute to content development (standard responses) Support awareness of Adverse Event (AE) intake (not a safety role)

Must-Have Qualifications Experience:

5+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare Direct medical information experience (even if blended with PV/med comms) Vendor or contact center oversight experience Familiarity with case intake systems like Salesforce or other

CRMs Skills:

Analytical skills (identify inquiry spikes, root causes, performance trends) Strong communicator: cross-functional liaison and vendor guidance Process improvement mindset and high attention to detail Knowledge of MedInfo compliance, regulatory standards , and AE handling basics

Mindset:

Hands-on , operationally focused Comfortable reviewing case-level issues and coaching external teams Not seeking high-level strategic-only roles Nice to Have (Flexible Criteria) Salesforce CRM or equivalent system familiarity AE reporting understanding (not required but helpful) Candidates with heavier PV experience but MedInfo crossover will be considered Background in medical communications is acceptable if MedInfo experience is also present Not a Fit For Entry-level professionals without MedInfo experience Candidates without pharma experience (unless extremely relevant) Strategic-only candidates (director-level, high-level vision without operational focus)
