Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate person who is a self-starter, organized, and passionate about their health. The most important part of this position is encouraging patient so they can achieve their health goals. No prior medical training is necessary; we train on every part of the position. We currently have an immediate opening in our Calera location for a Health Care Technician. Preference is given to someone that is fluent in Spanish and English.
Hours:
Wednesday 7:30 am
- 4:00 pm Thursday 10:30 am
- 6:00 pm Friday 10:30 am
- 6:00 pm Saturday 8:30 am
- 2:00 pm 29 hours per week (Opportunities available to work additional shifts, as needed)

Taking patient vitals. Administering vitamin injections. Encouraging patients. Taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls. Basic charting. Checking patients in and out. Translating for patients during doctor visits. Assisting the manager.
Qualifications:
No experience necessary (training provided). Excellent people skills (co-workers and customers). Customer service-focused. Positive and friendly attitude. Basic computer skills. Reliable. Available to work the days/hours listed above. Willing to travel to a surrounding location is a plus, but not required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred ($1 increase in base pay for applicants who speak Spanish).
