As an authorized Toast partner, we specialize in implementing and optimizing POS systems, offering technical support, and providing live assistance to our clients nationwide. Role Overview As a POS Technician, you will be on the front lines helping restaurants and hospitality businesses enhance their operations. You’ll install and configure Toast POS systems, conduct onboarding and training sessions, and offer live support to ensure our clients are set up for success. What You’ll Do

• Become a

Toast POS Expert:

Learn and master the Toast POS system, ensuring a smooth installation and implementation process.

Hands-On Setup:

Install and configure POS hardware (terminals, printers, handhelds, etc.), as well as handle network configurations.

Training & Support:

Lead training sessions for management and staff, offering expert guidance to optimize POS usage and troubleshooting when needed.

Go-Live Support:

Be on-site to offer critical support during the transition to live operations. What We’re Looking For

POS Experience:

Familiarity with POS systems (especially Toast) is a must.

Tech-Savvy:

Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware.

Hospitality Background:

Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Excellent Communicator:

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to present and train effectively.

• Attention to

Detail:

You know how to organize and troubleshoot with precision.

• Bilingual? Spanish-speaking skills are a plus! Requirements
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work weekends when necessary
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Preferred Experience
• 1+ years in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
