Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to nursing staff. Support patient mobility by helping with transfers, ambulation, and positioning. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by changing linens, sanitizing areas, and restocking supplies. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comforting atmosphere. Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a Patient Care Technician training program or equivalent experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
