Key Responsibilities On-Site Support Travel daily to client offices across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade• Diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, network, and peripheral issues Install & Configure Deploy PCs, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and Aloha POS terminals• Image systems, join Azure AD, set up MFA, and apply endpoint security Network Basics Patch and label drops, swap switches, update firmware Cloud / M365 Add / remove users, assign licenses, and troubleshoot Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive After-Hours Projects Participate in scheduled cutovers and occasional weekend work Documentation Capture clear ticket notes, photos, and asset details that the whole team can trust

What You Bring Experience:

1-3 years in a helpdesk or field service role (MSP experience a plus)

Certifications:

CompTIA A+ (required); Network+ or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (preferred)

Technical Toolkit:

PC hardware swaps, Windows 10/11 imaging, basic switch/router config, M365 admin, remote-support tools

Soft Skills:

Customer-friendly manners, calm under pressure, strong written documentation habits

Physical & Schedule:

Lift 40 lbs, crouch under desks, drive your own reliable vehicle; flexible for late-night projects

Compliance Mindset:

Familiar with

MFA, HIPAA

basics, and endpoint security installs
