Summary:
Obtains and accounts for paper records daily. Preps the records and scans/indexes into the HPF (Horizon Patient Folder) system. Maintains the scanning equipment on a daily basis. Analyzes records for completeness. May distribute transcribed documents to the nursing units or may complete Florida Birth Certificates. Performs other clerical and general office tasks as assigned to include “retrieving electronic records” for authorized requestors, etc. Be available to work some weekend days to support coding operations. 2503015236
