This role is essential for providing high-quality care to patients in our memory care. Duties Perform med pass and assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the medical team. Assist with daily living care and med pass for patients in our memory care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a med tech and caregiver Experience working in senior care and memory care Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary. Excellent communication skills Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
