MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education High school graduate or equivalent; completion of a nurse aide training course or currently enrolled in at least the second semester of an accredited school of nursing. Experience Previous experience in a hospital or nursing home aide experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Completion of a medical terminology course required; able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; additional languages preferred; proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records systems. Certification/Licensure BLS Personality / Interpersonal Skills Appreciation of and the desire to be part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
