This is a part-time, high-impact opportunity ideal for certified EMTs seeking flexible supplemental work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Respond promptly and safely to emergency calls during events Assess and prioritize emergency medical care for ill or injured individuals Provide basic life support including CPR, bleeding control, splinting, oxygen administration, and airway management Administer emergency medications as permitted under Georgia EMT scope of practice Transport and lift patients safely using approved equipment and protocols Maintain medical equipment and supplies at designated event stations Communicate clearly with patients, families, and medical staff Complete event documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state guidelines Operate within local, state, and organizational regulations Qualifications High school diploma or GED Completion of a State of Georgia-approved EMT training program Active State of Georgia EMT License (Office of EMS and Trauma) National Registry EMT (NREMT) Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or equivalent) Valid Georgia Driver’s License (Class C or higher)

Preferred:

Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) Certification Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS)

CPR or BLS Instructor Certification Additional Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and large crowd environments Physically able to lift and move patients and equipment Comfortable with shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must adhere to professional conduct and appearance at public events Completion of a State of Georgia-approved EMT training program Active State of Georgia EMT License (Office of EMS and Trauma) National Registry EMT (NREMT) Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or equivalent) Valid Georgia Driver’s License (Class C or higher)
