Major Duties:

Responds to on-site accidents and other emergencies involving injury and illnesses, sometimes encountering situions which may be life threening. Determines and prioritizes approprie medical trement/procedures and need for additional assistance and performs pient triage and take/records pient’s vital signs as needed. Performs physical examinions and obtains pient history, assesses stus of pient’s neurological system, cardiovascular system, circulory system, skeletal system, orthopedic system, motor and sensory skills, and level of consciousness. Performs invasive and non-invasive procedures on pients with life threening and non-life-threening conditions per established procedures or as authorized/directed by physicians. Responds to cardiac and respirory emergencies, performs cardiac monitoring and defibrillion; maintains circulion controls bleeding and provides spinal management and immobilizion. Prioritizes trements for pients having multiple problems and employs a variety of advanced emergency medicine techniques, methods, and equipment during transport to the approprie medical facility. Provides fluid resuscition by intravenous line (IV) and manages trauma injuries, bleeding, and post-traumic shock. Operes various emergency vehicles and emergency/medical equipment, tools and supplies which may include ambulance, extricion tools, blood pressure cuff, cardiac monitor, glucose monitor, defibrillor, endotracheal tube, external pacing device etc. Performs all duties as assigned.

Designed Drug-Testing Position:

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with intermittent working hours.
