Job Description

ICS Program Technician 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Raleigh, NC 27612 • Hybrid work Easterseals PORT Health, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated fulltime Program Technician providing technical support for our Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) team that cares for individuals living with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in their homes and the community. What You’ll Do As a Program Technician (Tech) you will support our HCBS team by providing support with programs such as our Electronic Health Record system, Welligent. The Direct Service Providers (DSP’s) use Welligent to schedule client sessions and to document care and progress notes daily. You will resolve technical issues and assist them with password resets and functionality issues and escalate to the Welligent Help Desk when needed.
