Job:

Performs all aspects of Diagnostic Radiology under the direction of a registered Radiologic Technologist by producing high quality images and providingpassion andfort to all patients.

What You’ll Do:

Performs exams in Diagnostic Radiology including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast exams and invasive procedures under the direction of a Radiologic Technologist
Prepares and administers IV, oral and rectal contrast as indicated by protocol
Demonstrates proficiency withputer systems such as RIS and PACS Student Radiologic Technologist may also function as a Tech Aide in the CAT Scan Department and provide the following assistant to the

CT Technologist:

Transport’s patients to and from the CT exam rooms
Positions patients for exams
Provides instructions to patients prior to the beginning of their exam
Prepares IV, oral and rectal contrast as indicated by exam protocol

Who You Are:

Must havepleted 1 year of Radiographic training in an AMA approved school required
Must meet the requirements for registry by the ARRT by end of program
