Nursing Assistants Needed :

Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist in the maintenance of medical records and documentation.
• Support patients with dementia care needs.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Work in various healthcare settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Follow established protocols for infection control and safety measures.
• Utilize medical terminology appropriately in patient interactions.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills:

• Proficient in medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
