Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursery If you are passionate about providing compassionate care tonewborns, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursery. Inthis role, you will deliver specialized nursing care to healthy orat-risk infants while supporting families during this criticalstage of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to newborns, including monitoringvital signs, administering medications, and assisting with feedingor bathing. Educate parents on newborn care practices such as breastfeedingtechniques, safe sleeping habits, and recognizing signs ofillness. Collaborate with pediatricians or neonatologists to address anymedical concerns or complications in newborns’ healthstatus. Perform routine screenings such as hearing tests or metabolicscreenings for early detection of potential issues. Create a supportive environment for families by addressingconcerns or questions related to newborn care and recovery afterchildbirth.
Work Environment:
The role is based in hospital nurseries or neonatal units whereRNs provide direct care to newborns in collaboration withinterdisciplinary teams.
