Short Description Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), assists with patients’ activities of daily living and plan of care. Communicates with and supports healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s). Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics. Experience Required 0-2 years preferred. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. License/Certification Requirements AHA Basic Life Support certification required. At least one of the below qualifications/certifications must be met for hire.
- Successfulpletion of an unlicensed health care provider/ technician program
- Completed at least one fundamental nursing course in an accredited Nursing Program
- 1 year or more patient care experience in a similar role.
Special Requirements Shift Requirements:
7PM-7AM.
9 shifts in a 6-week schedule
5 weekends and 4 weekdays per 6-week schedule
2 hallmarks
- 1 from Spring and 1 from Fall/Winter
3 major holidays 1 winter, 1 summer and 1 of your choice
